How much is your transfer charges?

We charge a transfer fee of u20a6500 NGN / $1.50 CAD which is comparatively lower than others. This minimum fee is required to cover destination bank transfer charges and maintenance fee.

Can special rate be negotiated?

Yes, special rates can be negotiated. We will match competitive rates depending on type and amount of transaction. You can request special rate by contacting us directly.

How do i get notified when my transfer is complete?

You will receive transaction status notification via the contact details you provided. Ensure to provide complete and accurate informationu2019s on the remittance form.

When does my recipient receive funds?

Under normal circumstances, funds will be credited to the receivers account within 24hrs if banking details are correct and the destination bank is responding.

What if there is a problem with my transfer?

It is vital to provide complete and accurate account information. Otherwise, the transfer may be delayed or rejected and in this case we will notify you via details on file. Ensure to provide complete and accurate details. You can also call our customer service phone number to check the status of your transfer.

How much can I transfer?
